Cottesmore selected as Finalist for BSA 'Wellbeing and Mental Health Initiative Award'

Cottesmore school is selected as Finalist for the BSA 'Wellbeing and Mental Health Initiative Award'

Today, Cottesmore School is thrilled to confirm it has been selected as a Finalist for the 'Wellbeing and Mental Health Initiative Award' by the Boarding Schools' Association Awards 2020.

This particular category invited schools who provide supportive environments and programmes for children, with a focus on nurturing each child's talent and the strengthening of their self-esteem, to submit an entry. The school community should be able to demonstrate a variety of activities that enhance good mental wellbeing and promote healthy choices.

Tom Rogerson, Headmaster of Cottesmore, said, "Cottesmore is a school where children are taught to have faith in their own ability in a caring, confidence-inspiring environment. To be recognised by the Boarding Schools' Association as a Finalist for this particular category is incredible and a genuine reflection of the team's continued efforts to support each child across all elements of  their school life'.

The winners will be announced on Wednesday 23rd September, following the Annual Conference for Heads, which will take place virtually this year.
