Cottesmore raises money for children's charity Place2Be
Cottesmore Headmaster, Mr Rogerson, jumped into the Cottesmore lake in full suit, tie and shoes after smashing the £1,000 target we set to raise for children's charity Place2Be.
1 in 8 children today have a diagnosable mental health problem. 50% of people with lifetime mental health problems first experience symptoms by the age 14. Rates of depression and anxiety among teenagers have increased by 70% in the past 25 years. This is why Place2Be's work in schools throughout the UK is so important. Together we can make a real and positive difference to children's mental health.
