The Feast 2011

The Feast 2011 was a great success thanks to the Austin, Kay, Sue, Hazel and the Danish Girls.

In their post-dinner speeches, the Head Boys, Ned and Max, whistfully reminisced about their time at Cottesmore and the leading lights in sport, Tom and Uri, recounted stories of their favourite sporting moments. Many of the children commented on the quality of the speeches this year.

'Professional entertainers' dazzled the Cottesmore pupils after the speeches. There was a break-dancing robot sketch (Mr Helm and Mr Beegan); 'comedy from the staff room' (Mr Lawley , Mr Elliott), an Australian acting troop (Mr Greste, Miss Forrester and Miss Edwards); a rock band (Mr and Mrs Rogerson) who were all seemlessly organised by the compere (Mr Hopkins).

"It was the best Feast yet," said Miss Salter.
