The Admission of Choristers

Congratulations to the eleven Cottesmorians who were admitted to the Cottesmore Chapel Choir last night.

Mr Alastair Land, from Winchester College, kindly led the service and gave a captivating sermon on embracing the great and awe-inspiring moments in our lives.

Mr Land has been Master in College at Winchester since September 2003, teaches Biology and is Regimental Adjutant of the CCF.

Mr Land also took a moment in the service to congratulate the choir on their achievement.

There were drinks and nibbles in the Drawing Room after the service where some of the boys and the parents entertained Mr Land.

"It was a delightful service," said one parent, "and the choir sang beautifully."
