Olympic Chef!

Cottesmore’s Head Chef has been selected  to cook at the Olympics this summer.

Austin Morris, Cottesmore’s Head Chef, has been chosen from several hundred professional chefs to cook for the Olympic Athletes in the Olympic Village in July and August this year.

During the Christmas holidays Mr Morris was invited to take part in the Olympic Village chef selection process and was subsequently asked to cook at London 2012 Games.

In July he will travel to London to receive further training and he has promised to report back with more details on the accolade.
