Cottesmore Chess Congress 2011

Cottesmore hosted its 34th Chess Congress yesterday at which twelve Sussex prep school were represented. The event was a particularly good one and the level of chess was, as ever, set at a very high standard particularly as two England players were present.

Tom Peck was nominated Cottesmore's Man of the Match with four wins.  The rest of the team had a marvellous day and learnt a huge amount from being involved in such a high calibre contest.
