Confirmation Congratulations

Congratulations to the confirmees!

The choir sang beautifully yesterday at the confirmation service - the anthem was 'Alleluia' and the Sung Eucharist responses were crisp and confident.

We are very grateful to The Bishop of Horsham, The Revd Mark Sowerby, and his team, who have had an extremely busy confirmation season, for leading the service.

The Bishop, a great opera lover himself, commented that he was very impressed with the level of singing from the Cottesmore choir. Three priests were in attendance, which lent a necessary air of gravitas to the occasion.

The bishop, priests, parents, choir and the Cottesmore music team had drinks in the garden after the service to celebrate a wonderful occasion.
